Connect TicketBAI to Quaderno
This integration is only available for Spanish businesses.
Once the TicketBAI system is activated in your account, it cannot be deactivated autonomously. This ensures the integrity and continuity of the records required by the Hacienda Foral.
To activate TicketBAI in your Quaderno account, you must first meet a few basic prerequisites to ensure that your invoices are issued correctly and securely.
Once these requirements are met, simply follow the steps below to start sending your invoices to your Hacienda Foral:
- Go to the Integrations page and select Add integration.
- Choose the TicketBAI option corresponding to your province.
- Accept the authorization to send data to the tax authority on behalf of your business. In the case of Bizkaia, you will also need to enter your LROE classification.
That’s it! Once the integration is connected, Quaderno will automatically:
- Send all your invoices, receipts, and credit notes to the Hacienda Foral, ensuring compliance with the TicketBAI** system.
- Add a QR code to all invoices, receipts, and credit notes. This code allows your customers to verify the validity and integrity of the document on the Hacienda Foral website, in accordance with tax regulations.
