Pausing your account
With the Paused plan , you'll be able to access your Quaderno account at a reduced cost per month. You can access and download all your documents, contacts, and reports when you need to, but you won't be able to add data or update existing documents.
To pause your account, follow these steps:
- Log in as the account owner.
- Go to the billing details page and click
Put account on hold.
You can reactivate your account at any time by choosing a new plan on the subscriptions plans page.
Please note that only account owners can pause accounts temporarily.
