Keeping your invoices compliant, automatically
Quaderno's new invoice template handles the compliance details that used to fall on you — automatically, on every document you send.
Your invoices work harder for you
Tax authorities in most jurisdictions require invoices to show specific information: itemised tax amounts, your legal registration details, the payment status, how payment was collected. Getting all of that right, on every invoice, used to mean maintaining a custom template or checking each document manually.
The new template does it for you. Tax breakdowns, legal details, payment status, currency conversions — everything that belongs on a compliant invoice is included by default, pulled from your account settings, and kept up to date without any effort on your part.
Your customers get a cleaner experience
A clear, modern design makes it easier for your customers to understand what they owe, what they've paid, and how they paid it. Status indicators, balance due, and payment details are all visible at a glance — which means fewer "can you resend my invoice?" messages and faster payment.
You're covered as your business grows
Selling into new markets means new rules. The template is built to meet the invoice requirements across the jurisdictions Quaderno supports — including multi-currency conversions, reprint tracking for electronic invoicing rules, and per-page footers for audit-ready multi-page documents. When you expand, your invoices are already ready.
Switching to the new template
To switch, go to Settings → Business data and click Switch to new template in the Brand section. The change applies to all future documents; existing ones are not affected.
If you have a custom template, switching will replace it with the new standard template. This change is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you no longer need your custom template before switching.
