How do I convert an estimate into an invoice?
Once you’ve created an estimate, you can send it to your customer. When your customer receives the estimate in their inbox, they can then accept or decline it.
If your customer accepts the estimate, you’ll receive a notification.
If needed, you can also mark an estimate as accepted on the estimate page directly:
When you're ready to bill your customer, you can easily convert the accepted estimate into an invoice.
- Find the estimate you would like to convert in your account in Estimates.
- Click “...” and select Convert into invoice.
3. Review the details for the invoice and select Create invoice. That’s it.
