Connect EDD to Quaderno

To connect EDD to Quaderno, follow these steps:

1. Make sure no payment processors connected to your EDD account are also connected to Quaderno — this avoids duplicate invoices.
2. Install the official Quaderno plugin for Easy Digital Downloads.
3. Go to the API keys page in your Quaderno account and copy your API credentials.
4. In WordPress, go to EDD > Settings > Quaderno, paste your API credentials into the relevant fields, and click Save changes.
5. Go to EDD > Settings > Taxes and click Enable taxes. There’s no need to add tax rates manually — Quaderno calculates the correct rate in real time.

Once connected, every successful order in your store is sent to Quaderno automatically, which creates a tax-compliant invoice for your customer.
