Connecting Easy Digital Downloads

Quaderno takes care of all your tax calculations for Easy Digital Downloads (EDD), sending tax-compliant invoices, creating useful reports, and letting you know when your business faces new tax collection obligations worldwide.

Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Make sure there are not any payment processors used on your EDD account connected to Quaderno, to avoid duplicate invoices.
  2. Install our official plugin for Easy Digital Downloads.
  3. Go to the API keys page in your Quaderno account and copy your API credentials.
  4. Paste your Quaderno API credentials into the relevant fields in EDD > Settings > Quaderno. Click Save changes .
  5. Lastly, in In EDD > Settings > Taxes, click on Enable taxes . There's no need to manually add tax rates here. Quaderno automatically calculates the tax rate in real time.

🚀 Boom! you’re ready to roll with your new Quaderno-fied EDD WordPress store. Any time you process a successful order, your store will send the transaction to Quaderno, which then creates a beautiful invoice for your customer.
