Setting up your tax rates in Shopify

With our Shopify integration, Shopify calculates the tax rates in their checkout, and Quaderno applies these tax rates on your invoices.

To ensure taxes are correctly calculated for your Shopify sales, follow these steps:

1. Set up your tax rates in Shopify.

   Note that you might not need to collect taxes on the regions where you sell your products or services, but on the tax jurisdictions where your business is registered for tax collection.

2. Introduce your tax registration details in the tax jurisdictions page of your Quaderno account. Add all countries or states where you're collecting tax in Shopify.
