Processing a refund in WooCommerce
When you use our WooCommerce Quaderno Tax Automation plugin, a credit note will be created in Quaderno whenever you add a refund to an order that was previously marked as Paid or Complete. Would you like to make a refund for an order on WooCommerce? Just follow these steps:
- Open the order in your WooCommerce dashboard.
Scroll down to the Order items box and click on
refund:
Add the refunded amount
Click on
Refund manually
Please note, simply changing the order status would not generate a credit note in Quaderno. The order would need to be refunded as described.
That's it! After the process is completed you will see a new credit note created in Quaderno for the amount refunded in WooCommerce.
