Compliance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy
Using our Amazon integration? In order to comply with Amazon’s data protection policy, Quaderno takes a few additional steps after your invoices are created.
All invoices/receipts generated from Amazon are anonymized after 30 days to protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII). The basic information (invoice number, dates, amounts, etc) will stay the same, but the customer’s name and billing address will be hidden.
We recommend Amazon sellers to do the following:
- Upload invoices to Amazon.
- Send a copy of all invoices to Dropbox or Drive via our Zapier integration.
- Periodically download a CSV with all your Amazon invoices. You can download your invoices on the invoices page.
Quaderno will store a backup with all personal data in case you need it for tax audits or tax office requests. If you need this data, please contact support@quaderno.io.
