Turning off encrypted website payments in PayPal

In order to use PayPal with Quaderno Checkout, encrypted website payments need to be disabled in PayPal. To check this setting, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your PayPal account.
  2. Go to Profile and settings and in the Selling preferences column, click update next to Website preferences.
  3. Scroll down to the option “block non-encrypted website payment” and select off.

Do not fret, your payments are perfectly safe. Quaderno acts as secure proxy to PayPal and we avoid exposing any sensible data.
