Quaderno supports automated billing and sales tax compliance for Clickfunnels. Any time a customer buys one of your products, Quaderno will automatically generate an invoice with the correct tax rate based on their location and update your tax reports.
The only thing you have to do is connect the same Stripe or PayPal account to Clickfunnels and to Quaderno. That’s all.
Each time you process a payment, Clickfunnels will send the details of the sale to Stripe or Paypal. Quaderno is automatically notified, and we’ll send out the final invoice and update your tax summaries.
Keep in mind that Clickfunnels doesn’t allow you to seamlessly add taxes when a customer views the checkout. This means that the listed prices of all of your products should already include taxes. When the final invoice is sent, Quaderno breaks down the price and taxes based on the customer's location. Is it possible with Clickfunnels to have a product with tax and another one without?
Yes, it is possible. You would just need to use Quaderno Checkout on Clickfunnels - Here you can calculate taxes in the checkout based on your customer's location: How to use Quaderno Checkout on Clickfunnels. You can select a different tax class for each product in Quaderno. For tax-exempt products, you would just need to select the "tax-exempt" tax class option.
Can I connect several domains within ClickFunnels?
Yes, you can use as many Clickfunnels domains as you like. As long as all of the sites are part of the same business/legal entity, you can use them all with the same Stripe and Quaderno account. Every time you receive a payment into your Stripe account, Quaderno would generate an invoice.
How can I process a refund?
You would just need to issue the refund directly in Stripe and PayPal, then Quaderno will automatically generate the corresponding credit note
Is it possible to create and send an invoice automatically to the customer?
Sure, for this, go to Settings > Preferences you can activate the option "autosend automatic receipts and credit notes". Then every time you receive a payment in your Stripe/PayPal accounts, Quaderno will generate the invoice and send it to your customer.
Can I collect tax IDs from my customers?
We'd recommend Quaderno Checkout as it ensures you are collecting all the necessary billing information and location evidence. If you do have any B2B customers in the future, Quaderno collects VAT numbers and verifies them with VIES. This way, reverse-charge will be automatically applied on the invoices if applicable.
