Once you’ve created an estimate, you can send it to your customer. When your customer receives the estimate in their inbox, they can then accept or decline directly on estimate.
If your customer accepts the estimate, you’ll receive a notification.
If needed, you can also mark an estimate as accepted by opening the estimate in your Quaderno account and clicking
When you’re ready to invoice the customer, you can easily convert the accepted estimate into an invoice.
- On the estimates page, open the estimate you would like to convert into an invoice.

3. Review the details for the invoice and select
Create invoice. That’s it.
