If you use any of our native integrations and the line item description isn’t appearing correctly on the invoices, you can modify the product description in Quaderno to fix this.
How to fix it:
- Create the product with the same
SKUthat you use on your sales platform. Please note, you will need to ensure your sales platform is sending the
SKUto Quaderno or your payment processor in a supported field.
- Change the product name in Quaderno to the description you’d like to appear on future invoices.
- Go to the preferences page and enable
Use saved product descriptions as invoice line items.
