If you use our Amazon integration, you don’t need to connect your payment processor accounts (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) to Quaderno.
Quaderno supports Amazon FBA North America and Amazon FBA Europe. While we don't support other regions at the moment, please contact us at support@quaderno.io if you'd like to see other regions added.

Does Quaderno work with Amazon FBM (Fulfilled By Merchant)?
While we do not automatically import sales from Amazon FBM automatically, you can manually import them via CSV files periodically.
How can I add Amazon fees as an expense in Quaderno?
Every month Amazon will provide you will a summary of all Amazon fees applied in your Amazon seller account. In your Amazon account, go to Reports > Tax document library. If you'd like to track this business expense in Quaderno, you can create an expense in your Quaderno account on the expenses page. Unfortunately our Amazon integration cannot import these fees automatically.
What Amazon report does Quaderno use to pull my sales data?
If you use our Amazon integration with Amazon's VAT Calculation Service, we use the VAT Invoice Data report from Amazon to pull sales data. If you do not use Amazon's VAT Calculation Service with your integration, we use the Fulfilled shipments report to import your sales data.


I found an order that didn't generate an invoice in Quaderno.
Quaderno only generates an invoice once the order has been marked as Fulfilled or completed on Amazon. Sales fulfilled during the day get registered at night, so they will show up in your Quaderno account the next day. An invoice would not be generated until the order is shipped from the Amazon fulfillment center.
I’ve connected to Amazon FBA but cannot see orders older than 30 days.
Due to technical reasons, Amazon only permits orders from the last 30 days to be imported automatically. If you’d like to import older past orders, just follow the steps detailed here: Importing past orders from Amazon
If I connect my North American Amazon account, would you be able to separate the orders from the US and Canada?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to separate orders from the US and Canada. Amazon sends us all the orders fulfilled in the marketplace.
The good news is that Quaderno tracks all of these sales and notifies you if you exceed a registration threshold in any US state or Canadian province.
I received a message from Amazon saying my authorization for Quaderno is about to expire.

Why doesn't my customer's VAT number appear on their invoice?
Quaderno can only retrieve the customer's VAT number if you are using the Amazon VAT calculation service with Quaderno. If you are using this service with this integration, you will see VCS indicated here next to your seller ID.
