Connecting LearnWorlds to Quaderno

LearnWorlds integrates with Quaderno natively to calculate taxes on your sales.

To connect LearnWorlds to Quaderno, follow these steps:

1. Make sure no payment processors in your LearnWorlds account are already connected to Quaderno, to avoid duplicate invoices.
2. In your LearnWorlds account, go to Settings > Financial > Tax Management.
3. Click Connect your account to authorize LearnWorlds to access your Quaderno account.

Once connected, LearnWorlds will require billing details at checkout (address, country, postal code, and city). Quaderno uses that data to calculate tax directly in your checkout and generates a tax-compliant invoice for every sale.

Optional configuration

In Settings > Financial > VAT Management, you can also:

• Set whether the product price includes taxes (inclusive) or has taxes calculated on top (exclusive).
• Enable the option to fetch Quaderno invoices and display them directly to your students in LearnWorlds.
