Deleting an invoice

To comply with international tax laws, no invoices can be deleted.

Quaderno offer several ways to correct invoices when mistakes happen:

• Invoices not sent or made available to your customers can be edited. Check “Making an invoice final” to understand when invoices are turned final and as so, non-editable.
• Final invoices offer a “Correct” option on the menu. It automatically issues a credit note to cancel out the original invoice, and duplicates the invoice so that you can edit the duplicate. Read “Correcting mistakes in your invoices” to learn more.
• In case you don’t need to correct the invoice but just canceling it, just issue a credit note for the full amount of the invoice.
