Mapping transactions to Xero accounts

Once you have connected your Xero account to Quaderno, map your transactions to your Xero accounts.

On the integrations page, select Xero, and you can set up your sales and expense account mapping:

• Expenses account – Select a default Xero account for your expenses. All of your Quaderno expenses will be exported to this account in Xero.
• Default sales account – Select a default Xero account for your sales. Your Quaderno invoices and receipts will be exported to this account in Xero unless you set up product-specific accounts below.
• Product sales accounts (optional) – If you would like to export your sales to different sales accounts, select the appropriate sales account for each Quaderno product.
