Inviting accountants and tax advisors

Did you know you can invite your accountant or tax advisor to your Quaderno account? That way, they’ll be able to download all the reports they need to do your tax filing and manage your bookkeeping.

Only admins can invite other users to your Quaderno account. To invite an accountant, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Users page and click Send an invitation.
2. Enter their First name, Last name, and Work email address.
3. Select Accountant as their Role. They’ll be able to access all your info, but they cannot change any data.
4. Click Send invitation. 

When done, give the person a heads-up that they should be receiving your invite very shortly.
