Closing your account

You can close your Quaderno account at any time, with no lock-in or cancellation fees. If you only need a break from active use, pausing your account keeps all your data, contacts, and reports accessible for a reduced monthly fee — without losing your configuration.

Before closing, download a copy of your account data.

To close your account, follow these steps:

1. Go to the billing details page.
2. Click Cancel subscription.
3. If prompted to pause your account instead, click No thanks, please cancel my subscription and delete my data to continue with closing.
4. Select a cancellation reason.
5. Click Cancel subscription completely.

After your subscription period ends, you won’t have access to your Quaderno dashboard. To reactivate, log in and enter your payment details. If you reactivate within 90 days of closing, all your data and configuration will be preserved.

Trial account cancellation

Trial accounts are cancelled automatically if you don’t subscribe to a paid plan before the trial ends. No action is needed.
