Managing your subscription

This is how subscriptions work at Quaderno:

  • You can change your current plan or update any payment details at any time.
  • You can also pause your subscription or close your account at any time.
  • The monthly billing period begins the day you subscribe, not the 1st of each month.
  • You’ll find your current subscription details in your account on the subscription plans page, including the transactions and API calls count for the current subscription period.
  • Only account owners can manage subscriptions.

Changing your current plan

You can upgrade or downgrade your current plan at any time:

  1. Go to the billing details page.
  2. Click Update plan in the Plan section.
  3. Select your new plan and confirm your decision.

Updating your billing address

To update your billing address:

  1. Go to the billing details page.
  2. Click Update billing address in the Billing address section.
  3. Enter your current billing address and click Update billing address

Updating your payment method

You can pay your subscription with a credit or debit card that allows for recurring payments.

If your card number changes, make sure you update it in your Quaderno account:

  1. Go to the billing details page.
  2. Click Update card in the Payment method section.
  3. Enter the required information and click Add card .
