Managing your subscription
This is how subscriptions work at Quaderno:
- You can change your current plan or update any payment details at any time.
- You can also pause your subscription or close your account at any time.
- The monthly billing period begins the day you subscribe, not the 1st of each month.
- You’ll find your current subscription details in your account on the subscription plans page, including the transactions and API calls count for the current subscription period.
- Only account owners can manage subscriptions.
Changing your current plan
You can upgrade or downgrade your current plan at any time:
- Go to the billing details page.
- Click
Update plan
in the Plan section. - Select your new plan and confirm your decision.
Updating your billing address
To update your billing address:
- Go to the billing details page.
- Click
Update billing address
in the Billing address section. - Enter your current billing address and click

Updating your payment method
You can pay your subscription with a credit or debit card that allows for recurring payments.
If your card number changes, make sure you update it in your Quaderno account:
- Go to the billing details page.
- Click
Update card
in the Payment method section. - Enter the required information and click
Add card
.
