Evidence report

Collecting evidence of your customer's location is a tax requirement in many countries. Quaderno helps you stay compliant, regardless of the location of your business and your client's.

The evidence report displays the customer's location evidence status for each sale, along with the data collected when clicking on each transaction.

These are the different location evidence statuses:

• Confirmed : The customer's location has been confirmed. No action is required.
• Not enough data : There is not enough data to confirm the customer's location.
• Conflicting data : The location evidence does not match.

For the rare cases when necessary evidence for your sales cannot be automatically collected, or the evidence is contradictory, Quaderno will notify you and you'll need to contact your customer for extra evidence. Learn more in "managing location evidence conflicts".
