Setting up a billing dashboard for your customers
With Quaderno you can offer your customers a personal billing dashboard to view and manage payment history, update their payment methods and personal details, and pay pending invoices in the moment.
Here is an example of the billing dashboard:
To get the billing dashboard URL for one of your customers or providers, click Contacts, go to to their contact, and then click View billing area on the upper right corner.
You can also link the billing dashboard from your own website. Just follow these steps:
- In your Quaderno account, go to the API keys page.
- Copy your
publishable key. - Add the following URL on your website with your publishable key:
https://quadernoapp.com/billing/?pk=PUBLISHABLE_KEY
That's it - no coding required! 🎉
When your customers click the billing link on your website, they'll be prompted to enter their email address and we’ll email them a magic link for a password-free log in to access their billing history.
You can also choose to password protect the dashboard if you prefer, from the preferences page.
