Customizing product descriptions on invoices
When using native integrations, if the line item description isn’t appearing correctly on the invoices, you can manually modify the product description in Quaderno.
How to fix it:
- Create the product with the same SKU that you use on your sales platform. Make sure your sales platform or payment processor is sending the SKU to Quaderno in a supported field.
- Change the product description field in Quaderno to the description you’d like to appear on future invoices.
- Go to the preferences page and enable Use saved product descriptions as invoice line items.
