Connecting Kajabi

Quaderno connects directly to Kajabi via a native integration. Each time a customer completes a purchase, Quaderno automatically generates a tax-compliant invoice with the correct tax rate based on the customer's location.

Connecting your Kajabi account

Before you start, get your Client ID and Client Secret from the API settings in your Kajabi account.

To connect Kajabi to Quaderno, follow these steps:

1. Go to the integrations page in Quaderno.
2. Click Kajabi.
3. Enter your Client ID and Client Secret.
4. Click Connect.

Quaderno validates your credentials and sets up a webhook automatically. Each completed purchase in Kajabi triggers an invoice in Quaderno within minutes.

Limitations

• All product prices in Kajabi should include taxes. Quaderno breaks down the price and tax based on the customer's location.
• Refunds and disputes are not sent to Quaderno via Kajabi. Handle these manually in Quaderno.
