Importing past transactions

When you first sign up for a trial Quaderno account and connect an integration, we automatically import your transactions from the past 30 days for free, with a limit of 1000 transactions, so you can see how everything works.
Once you upgrade to a paid plan, we can import your transactions for the entire calendar year at an additional cost:

  • Up to 250 transactions: €49
  • Up to 1,000 transactions: €99
  • Up to 2,500 transactions: €149
  • Up to 5,000 transactions: €249
  • Up to 10,000 transactions: €500
  • More than 10,000 transactions: ask for a quote

At the moment, we can automatically import past transactions from Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, GoCardless, and Shopify. In any other case, you’ll need to use our import file to import old transactions.

Can I import transactions for past years?
We can import transactions from the current or previous calendar year. As tax rates, thresholds, and exchange rates are constantly changing, we only recommend using Quaderno for your sales for the current or previous calendar year forward.
How will Quaderno assign numbers to my imported invoices?
If you are importing from multiple payment processors, Quaderno will assign numbers to your invoices after the import process. This will ensure all of your invoices are in order.
Can I import past transactions from EDD?
Quaderno cannot import automatically past transactions from EDD. You’ll need to use our import file to import old transactions. You can find more information here.
